Orders are shipped from our manufacturing and warehouse unit in Kathmandu, Nepal
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank/Wire (SWIFT) Transfers, Debit/Credit Card payments, and PayPal. Payment Options differ according to your order size.
Can I cancel or return my order?
No, orders placed via our wholesale portal cannot be cancelled once they are placed and payment confirmed. Furthermore, we do not accept returns for our wholesale orders.
Can I change my delivery address once the order is placed?
You can inform us of your new delivery address provided that the items are not already dispatched. Once items are dispatched and handed to courier we are unable to change the delivery address.
